Job Description: 
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, integrations, and NetSuite customization, along with a good understanding of business processes such as Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations in NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1).
  • Build and maintain Suitelets, RESTlets, User Events, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce scripts.
  • Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Celigo/Boomi is a plus).
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and Saved Searches.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and workflows.
  • Support NetSuite upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for technical solutions and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • SuiteScript 2.0/2.1
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with:
    • NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, CRM, O2C, P2P.
    • Saved Searches, Workflows (SuiteFlow), and Forms customization.
  • Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Understanding of NetSuite data model and record structures.
  • Experience with version control and deployment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Celigo, Boomi, or other iPaaS platforms.
  • Exposure to NetSuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency).
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of Canadian business processes/tax compliance is a plus.
