Job Title: Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant

Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore
OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The selected candidate will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles and explore new technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Work independently with minimal supervision while owning deliverables
- Provide inputs and recommendations on Oracle EBS best practices
- Participate in ERP practice building, implementations, and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules
- Analyze business processes and help clients transform operations using Oracle EBS
- Design, prototype, and configure solutions through hands-on Oracle EBS configurations
- Apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test Oracle systems
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, and WIP
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations from requirement gathering to go-live
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP business processes in at least one industry such as Industrial Manufacturing or High Tech
- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain architecture
- Understanding of common integration touchpoints in Oracle implementations
- Experience in preparing configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials
- Hands-on experience in data migration, deployment, and cutover activities
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for configuration issues
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
- Flexibility to work with overlapping global time zones
Good to Have:
- Oracle Implementation Certification
