Job Description:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively
- Manage & nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business
- Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell & cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Meet or Exceed sales quotas/revenue targets
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress through CRM tools
- Stay up to date with industry and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product teams to ensure customer needs are met & sales goals are achieved
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress through CRM software
- Prepare regular sales report for management
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, related field preferred
- 2-4 years of Sales experience preferably in B2B or Saas Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software - Salesforce/ HubSpot
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
