Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT consulting services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT consulting industry.
  • Strong experience and background in account management, business development, sales
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
