About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Software Engineering Practice, specializing in custom application development, digital transformation, and quality engineering services. This is a customer-facing, pre-sales and delivery management role for a service-based organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solutioning, presales, and collaborating with global teams across multiple domains and technologies, without being limited to a specific stack or industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sales Activities: Engage with prospects and customers to understand business needs, create proposals, and present tailored technology solutions.
• Solution Design & Application Solutioning: Create high-level architecture and technical roadmaps for enterprise-scale solutions across Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, and other open-source technologies.
• Delivery Management: Oversee execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive transformation initiatives including modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise integration.
• Technology Advisory: Guide clients on the latest trends in AI, cloud-native applications, microservices, event-driven architectures, mobile, and front-end technologies.
• Quality Engineering Oversight: Ensure testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and quality assurance frameworks are embedded in delivery.
• Cross-Domain Collaboration: Work with global delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between customers, sales teams, and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 + years of proven pre-sales and delivery management experience in a services organization.
• Prior hands-on development experience in at least one major stack (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, etc.)—current coding is not required.
• Strong understanding of custom application development, cloud-native solutions, mobile apps, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of quality engineering services, Agile/Scrum, and modern testing methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to work across multiple domains without being limited by industry or technology.
• Experience in digital transformation programs, including modernization, automation, and platform adoption.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
